"The cottage, the views, the privacy, the market so near--went and got some cheese for our wine while the steak cooked on the BBQ on deck. Too easy! Too good!! Too wonderful!!! I could live here!!!!"	"Thank you ! A beautiful time of the year to be here. The quiet is blissful. The cottage is beautiful down to every last detail. There wasn't a thing that wasn't provided!"	"We had a wonderful time in both your cottages. I must say that both have been indeed a dream. What a fantastic place Mariner's Dream is. Awesome view of the waters and the nearby islands. The incoming and outgoing ferries across the Sound, the whirring of the light aircraft and the boats that were moving in and out compemented the serenity of the place. Saw a seal swimming about in the evening and a flock of seagulls flying toward the ferry landing as the sun was setting. The sight of ferry lights at night as we were having dinner was just breathtaking. We ended the evening with a soak in the hot tub and then having a cup of tea in front of the fireplace listening to the crackling of the wood as it burned. We woke up to the sound of birds gently chirping and the sunray's reflection twinkling on the surface of the water. The resident seal was back again as we were savoring our breakfast on the bench below. What a beautiful day!!! We have truly enjoyed celebrating our 5th anniversary in Mariner's Dream and Isle Dream. There are simply no words to describe both other than "Pure Bliss".
"First, I must thank you from the soul for making and offering what you have for others to enjoy. No doubt you realize what a treasured property you have. What is so interesting is how "Mariner's Dream" affects each unique and individual guest. You are truly amazing hosts and we are grateful for your hospitality. Second, "Mariner's Dream - How it has affected me? Where to start. . . Never enough time as I want to stay longer. [We] travel a good deal enjoying wonderful accomodations in most places we have travelled. This being said, the greatest enjoyment and treasure this trip has been observing the excitement and romance and overall soulfelt enjoyment [my wife] has expressed every minute of everyday. . ."	"Dark it was when we arrived--so I was like a child awaiting Christmas morning to awake and see our adventure awaiting us! From every special touch in your "Mariner's Dream" to the views of God's truly spectacular playground which we are blessed to play in--to "Matt" the cat at the corner store--this place is truly a Dream. . . Even in the rain! We look forward to returning soon and hope to meet you two and share our stories. What a special place to share our anniversary--truly a reflective, and rejuvenating atmosphere you've created. We are so blessed--our gratitude to you"
"Great place! Our family had so much fun here. Too bad that we didn’t have an extra day! Go Seahawks. We will come again."	"We booked this weekend sure that it would rain non-stop (coming from Portland, this is what we have come to expect in December) but were happily surprised and lucky to have two beautiful clear days! Two nights we have enjoyed lazing in the tub with bright unknown stars twinkling above and the ferry twinkling below. . . What a rejuvenating place to reflect and welcome in a new year. We hope to be back for farmer’s markets and biking and lake dipping in the summer but we are thankful to have had our first taste of this peaceful island in the winter!"	"Better than the photos! The view is incredible. Its like you’re sitting on the water. This morning I woke at 7:20 and the water was still and smooth and the sky had cleared. Beautiful! Because this is not our first trip to the island, we spent 90% of our time hanging out here at Mariner’s Dream. We enjoyed the hot tub immensely and can’t wait to return in June when we can hopefully enjoy the deck. We did venture out to have dinner Friday at the Orcas Hotel. Very good + the service by Samantha was perfect. We are excited about returning* and are leaving very relaxed." *Return reservation already confirmed.
"Coming from the arid mountains of NM, being here on the water was all the more enjoyable. Such a treat! And so very calm and relaxing. Watching the boats, ferries, wildlife. . .it is all positively mesmerizing."
