"What can we say? This place takes your breath away! What an incredible place to start a new love. If there is a God, he spoke to us yesterday. A cozy fire on the beach, a great bottle of wine and a majestic bald eagle soaring overhead. As if that wasn't enough a rainbow appeared in the sky and the resident seals come by to give a show."
|
". . .To those who come after us, we have some advice--leave the tv, radio and mostly the cell phone OFF and just listen. If you hear the cry of an eagle, look up; he may be flying right over your head. Rustling shrubs may reveal deer, and if you are as lucky as we were, the brown and white doe with her white and brown fawn, their markings resembling those of a pinto pony. Birdsongs, rain on the deck, water lapping gently on the rocks below, and wind in the trees, all will make for memories for you as they have for us. . ." |
"Our walk down the path to your gift to us all who enter . . . for us it was a reality movie set. A dream come true in its privacy, serene beauty.
Each day brought us new views and weather changes which we embraced."

"The superlatives are endless – extraordinary! Romantic! Best place on earth! Ultimate peace and relaxation! Breathtaking beauty! More important though than the superlatives are the constant joy and serenity of this place sitting on the deck listening to the breeze through the trees. Waking at night to a crescent moon over the mountain, the gentle sound of water lapping on the shore. This is a place that leaves memories forever and will constantly draw us back

"For two days we have slept and ate and slept and ate and slept and slept. Who can carry burdens when the water and the wind are so gentle?. . .when the only intrusion is the arrival of a doe and her two hungry fawns?. . ." |
"A perfect spot to slow down and reflect." |
"We came expecting rain, mist, grey skies. We got SNOW and the craziest windstorm. We could see our breaths in bed one morning. It was totally unexpected and completely wonderful. We've been happy and awed--a perfect way to spend an unexpected holiday."
|
"EVERYTHING AND MORE!
Our expectations were rich but Isle Dream and Orcas FAR surpassed what we hoped for." |
| "A Gem, A Rare Discovery, And A Delight. Even when the sun proved elusive. Places like this remind us of why we love the northwest." |
 |
"Our second time here--loved it again!" |
| "What a magical place. The view is spectacular and so serene." |
| ". . .It is our 4th time in 8 years staying at Isle Dream. We never tire of the intimate space or the panoramic view." |
"Absolutely Perfect! The pictures on line do not do this place justice." |
 |
"We are frequent travelers, and we must say that Isle Dream cottage is the most beautiful place we have stayed. The cottage itself is a wonderful combination of simplicity and charm – the view is unbeatable! We felt like we were sleeping in a treehouse (the kind you could only fantasize about as a kid)!" |
"A hammock for two and a bed with a view. . .we had to be removed by force."
|
". . .Thank you for setting the table to make us feel welcome. Thank you for the small touches here and there. Thank you for the quiet. Thank you for the calmness that encourages hummingbirds to fly so close." |
"What a great find! We especially enjoyed morning coffee on the deck as the deer sauntered across the front yard. We look forward to another weekend retreat from our hectic daily routine.." |
"The solitude and beauty brings rebirth to a stained soul. Shooting stars and starfish remind us to appreciate the things around us. Hope all the wishes I made come true."
|
"This is our second stay at Isle Dream Cottage. We've waited 3 patient years to return. What a perfect, relaxing way to celebrate Valentine's Day. . ." |
