A cozy fire on the beach, a great bottle of wine and a majestic bald eagle soaring overhead. As if that wasn't enough a rainbow appeared in the sky and the resident seals come by to give a show." |
". . .To those who come after us, we have some advice--leave the tv, radio and mostly the cell phone OFF and just listen. If you hear the cry of an eagle, look up; he may be flying right over your head. Rustling shrubs may reveal deer, and if you are as lucky as we were, the brown and white doe with her white and brown fawn, their markings resembling those of a pinto pony. Birdsongs, rain on the deck, water lapping gently on the rocks below, and wind in the trees, all will make for memories for you as they have for us. . ." |
