All our cottages are intentionally "cozy"--designed with a romantic getaway, honeymoon or special celebration in mind.

Isle Dream Cottage & Tree House Suite are designed just for two and are sweet and cozy.

Sea Dream Cottage, perfect for two, has a queen size pull-out that can accommodate an extra adult or two little ones.

Mariner's Dream  is a luxurious choice for two yet, comfortable enough with a Queen size pull out for a small family or 4 friends sharing.

Day Dream Farm, with a cozy sitting area in front of the wood burning fireplace and a soaking tub for two in the Master Bedroom, is an ideal choice for a honeymoon or romantic getaway. 

With an additional 2nd tastefully and equally romantic and private bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, Day Dream Farm Cottage is also a great choice for two couples sharing or for a small family.**.

All Dream Cottages operates under strict San Juan County rental permits.  Please limit use to the maximum number of persons specified in your rental agreement.

**Listed rates at Day Dream Farm are for 2 guests in 1 bedroom. There is an additional linen charge for use of the 2nd bedroom when 2 guests need separate beds.  There is also a $20/Per Person/Per Night charge for extra guests at Day Dream Farm Cottage. 

Children.

We welcome your children at Sea Dream, Day Dream Farm and the Mariner's Dream Cottages.  Having said that, all three have been furnished and decorated to be "dream" homes away from home--Complete "child proofing" is not compatible with this decorating philosophy.  Since you know your children best, we ask that you understand this and exercise your judgement when booking.

Although we at first discouraged children at our waterfront properties.  We now know that the sound of water is soothing and calming.  Children who have been with us have consistently been very well behaved.  Again, we ask that you choose a cottage with the best interest of your children in mind.

Day Dream Farm Guest Book:

"The girls have spent hours and hours playing imaginary games all centered around the hammocks."  We had our first go with them today and lay there looking up the sky above the tops of the fir trees watching the eagle glide back and forth, listening to the pull, pull, munch, munch of the cows -- utterly utterly restful. . ."

Your pet is welcomed at the Isle Dream and Sea Dream Cottages only and by prior arrangement only*   We ask for payment of a fully refundable $100 pet deposit and a reasonable pet surcharge of $15/Night or $50/Stay (up to 7 nights) for your pet's visit.  Your pet must be more than 2 years old.

Only Pets less than 50lbs are welcomed at the Isle Dream Cottage. 

We ask owners of larger pets to consider Sea Dream Cottage instead.

We do not welcome pets at any of our rentals during our "Dream" & "High" Seasons. 

ABSLUTELY NO PETS May 13 through October 8, 2011

Due to past experience, we have ZERO TOLERANCE for pets at our other rentals.
